SEGA Europe Ltd today threw down the gauntlet to find the UK's best Virtua Fighter 4 EVOLUTION player this autumn at the forthcoming PlayStation Experience consumer games show at Earl's Court, London. The tournament will run August 28–30, during the first three days of PlayStation Experience.
Virtua Fighter 4 EVOLUTION was launched in June 2003 for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system to critical acclaim from theE uropean games media, and is widely recognised as the best hand-to-hand combat game for the console. The tournament marks the 10th Anniversary of the launch of the first Virtua Fighter game with a number of limited edition prizes on offer to contestants and winners including as pecially produced version of Virtua Fighter 4 EVOLUTION created in the form of the first Virtua Fighter game as a 10th Anniversary Edition entitled Virtua Fighter 1 EVO:
